Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a nice balcony, but the shower was small and impractical. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist with various needs. The location of the hotel is stunning with beautiful views over the Bay of Naples, although it may be challenging to reach at night. The dining experience was subpar, especially for breakfast. However, the pool area was well-kept and enjoyable.
The hotel provided a very basic room that was infested with ants and even had a dead lizard. Despite the small size, I usually don't mind basic rooms. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to be helpful and charming. The location, although on a beautiful hill with a stunning view, had some issues with accuracy in opening times. The dining experience varied from disappointing to enjoyable, depending on the meal. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
